Post 6: Postgraduate studies
Hello!. Today, I'm going to write about a postgraduate course that I'd like to do.
I'm currently in my fourth year of social work, and it's my second year of core. Core is what is known as practice. I'm working in the municipality of Pudahuel, in disaster risk management.
The next year I plan to get a diploma. In the social work career allow us to take a diploma in fifth year. I like disaster risk management, but I don't know if there's a diploma in this.

I would like to take a diploma in disaster risk management as it is very important to prevent and know what to do in a disaster. Above all because many disasters can be prevented.
I would very much like to study abroad, since it would allow me to know another country and I have never travelled. It also helps me to get to know another culture and new people.
If I study for a diploma in disaster risk management, I would like to take a part-time course, so I can work and have money to pay for that diploma.
Disaster risk management is not much studied in social work, it is associated with risk preventionists, firefighters, nurses, etc. But social work is closely linked to this, as it allows us to work preventively in disasters, and that these do not have a major impact on people.

That is very cool! I hope you get to be a disaster risk manager.
ResponderEliminarWell, if you like a lot, you should search for a diploma in this area, maybe you find one.
